Investigating
We have identified an issue affecting Payment/Refund/Memo creations via the Zuora UI. When an Accounting Code is used that contains non-roman or special characters (e.g. é, á, 現), the transaction fails with an error. This does not affect transactions being created via API, or any Accounting Codes that do not contain special characters. Our engineers are working on resolving this with the highest priority.
