Our engineering team has identified this issue with below details:
- Only UI created Product Rate Plan Charge Tiers with non-default currency has sync issue
- Workaround: Re-save Product Rate Charge created from UI allows sync to work
- Our engineering team is working on a long term fix and continue to monitor the situation

We identified an issue where Product rate plan charge tier records are not being created for non USD currencies in salesforce when multi currency is enabled and on performing a product catalog sync.
