Monitoring
Orbital has identified and mitigated the issue on their end as of 12:15pm PST. We are monitoring the resumption of successful transactions in our US APISandbox and Performance Test environment since then, and will continue to monitor before resolving this incident.

As a reminder, the small set of impacted customers can use Zuora’s test gateway instead of Orbital’s test gateway. We are continuing our investigation.

We have reached out to Orbital as part of our investigation into the behavioral change in their gateway test environment. For impacted customers, as a workaround, please use Zuora’s test gateway instead of Orbital’s test gateway.

We are currently investigating a service degradation for customers integrating with the Orbital test gateway in our US APISandbox and Performance Test environments. The problem manifests as INTEGRATION_ERROR responses from Orbital's test gateway environment.
