We have identified an issue affecting certain scheduled jobs, such as Bill Run, Payment Run, Billing Preview Run and Journal run for a subset of US Production tenants. Real Time Sync jobs for 360 Sync may also have experienced latency. Our engineering team is engaged and working to resolve with utmost priority.
