Monitoring
We believe all issues, going forward, have been addressed. There is some work to adjust incorrect information in the UI being displayed, as well as redress a number of incorrect data values which may exist for a small number of customers.

Update
We have determined that there are incorrect information being posted in DataConnect UI. Our team is working on addressing the incorrect entries and will be updating those values on our back end. We will give another update in three hours.

Update
The current issues with DataConnect are also causing delays in notifications and possibly problems with CallOuts. We are actively investigating and will give further details in 2 hours.

Investigating
We are seeing periodic sync issues and are currently investigating. Customers may see invoices which do not sync in a timely fashion, or fail to sync. We expect this to take some time, but our engineers are working on immediate short-term and long-term solutions to address this problem.
