The issue has not reoccured from last 3 hours and we will continue monitoring until resolved.

Monitoring

We observed another set of timeouts to Chase payment gateway between 12:28pm PDT and 12:45pm PDT and have not since any more such timeouts since then. We are continuing to monitor this issue.

We are currently investigating a timeout issue for Chase payment gateway that affected a subset of tenants around 10:43 to 11:28am PDT.
