The issue has now been resolved and we are monitoring to ensure no lingering issues.

Update
The UI is now functional. The work around previously posted is no longer. Some users are not seeing the shortcuts in the center of the welcome screen, but the left hand side menu items are functioning.

Engineering teams are continuing to work on resolving the issue with the welcome screen shortcuts.

Workaround: If you get an error after logging please uses one of these URLs to get past the issue:

https://www.zuora.com/apps/NewBillingRun.do
https://www.zuora.com/apps/Subscription.do?menu=Z-Billing

You should then be able to navigate the UI normally.

Internal teams are actively engaged in resolving the issue.
