Connection timeout errors when using IP Payments gateway

The incident has now normalised and no further instances of the issue have occurred since IP Payments resolved the issue.
Update
We had previously encountered a connection timeout issue when using IP Payments payment gateway. IP Payments had encountered a Major Outage with their ANZ Bank Links system, which has now been reported as resolved, but we are continuing to monitor. Please contact IP Payments directly for more details.
