Monitoring
The issue has been identified and resolved. We have determined that less than 1500 requests have been impacted over the last 7 days. This amounts to less than 0.1% of the overall workflow API traffic. We are now monitoring the situation.

Investigating
We are experiencing a degradation in workflow APIs for a subset of tenants in the Production environment. APIs accessed via the API gateway endpoint starting with "/workflows" are affected. API's to the endpoint workflow.apps.zuora.com are NOT impacted and represent the majority of traffic. We are currently investigating the issue.

This incident affected: MARKETPLACE (CONNECT) APPLICATIONS (Marketplace (Connect) - Production), AMERICAS - CLOUD 2 (NA2) - www|rest.zuora.com (Production API), and EUROPE - CLOUD 1 (EU1) - *.eu.zuora.com (Production API).
