We have identified and mitigated the issue. we are also monitoring the service for any further errors.

We also observed the intermittent error “PDF_QUERY_ERROR” in querying Invoice Body Field.

Investigating

We are still investigating this intermittent issue along with an additional error message that is occurring while generating the Quote PDF "ValidateException: Oops, internal error occurred".

Monitoring

A small subset of customers in NA2 production environment were not able to generate quote PDF due to “504 Gateway Time-out” error.
We have implemented a fix and are monitoring.
