As part of the analysis done towards resolving this incident, we have an update to share that Data Connect (360+) and Notifications on Any Events were also affected for a subset of customers during this incident timeline.

Bill run, 360 sync and DSE services are affected as they are stuck in processing and Real time sync is experiencing latency. Our engineers are currently working on this issue
