Monitoring

We identified performance degradation for a subset of tenants in NA2 production with Zuora ID ZID-NA2-PROD-23. This occurred between 2024-07-26 08:42 AM PDT and 2024-07-26 09:04 AM PDT and would have manifested as intermittent API timeouts and/or API/UI being intermittently unavailable. We have implemented a fix and are monitoring the results.
