We are currently investigating an issue affecting Sandbox environments where users who have Japanese selected as their preferred language may encounter an Internal System Error when accessing the application settings.

This incident affected: AMERICAS - CLOUD 2 (NA2) - www|rest.zuora.com (Sandbox UI), EUROPE - CLOUD 1 (EU1) - *.eu.zuora.com (Sandbox UI), AMERICAS - CLOUD 1 (NA1) - *.na.zuora.com (Sandbox UI), and ASIA PACIFIC - CLOUD 1 (AP1) - *.ap.zuora.com (Central Sandbox).
