We have identified elevated rate of 500 errors on 13/03 10:09 - 10:10 PM PDT and 14/03 2:01 - 2:02 AM PDT, . Our teams are working on this with the highest priority.

We have identified between 21:25 and 21:26 PST March 6, there was an elevated rate of 500 errors with no clear returned API response for a very small subset of US Production and Sandbox. Our teams are working on this with the highest priority.
