Incorrect Foreign Exchange rates from Oanda

Our engineering team has applied the fix to re-sync the correct FX rates from Oanda between Oct 14, 2020, to Oct 17, 2020. Customers with Currency Conversion enabled, can now cancel and re-run any Journal Runs for the month of October as well as re-run the trial balance, to ensure the correct FX rates have been used.

Our engineering team is currently in the process of re-syncing the FX rates from between Oct 14, 2020, to Oct 17, 2020. We will update again once the rates have been re-synced. Following this, customers with currency conversion enabled can then cancel and re-run any journal runs or trial balances processed during the impacted time.

Update
We are currently working with Oanda to clarify the impacted time period and currencies. Once we have this information we will apply a fix accordingly.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue identified at Oanda's end through our Billing service on incorrect foreign exchange rates which may result in erroneous output in journal run or trial balance run results between Oct 14, 2020, to Oct 17, 2020. Our Engineering teams are actively working on this.
