Monitoring
We have identified an abnormal time issue on a small subset of US Production environments. Therefore, the status of some invoices generated during the impacted time couldn't be synced to Salesforce. The impacted timeframe is from 2021-01-14 23:00 PST to 2021-01-15 01:00 PST. Now the problem has been fixed. We are monitoring and will update once we identify other function impacts.
