Investigating

We have identified an issue in Sandbox which affects tenants using Order feature along with "Sequential Billing Document Number" and "Z-tax". This is resulting in failures in UI and API while creating/previewing Orders.

Our Engineering team have identified the root cause and are working on a fix to resolve the issue.

This incident affected: AMERICAS - CLOUD 2 (NA2) - www|rest.zuora.com (Sandbox UI, Sandbox API) and EUROPE - CLOUD 1 (EU1) - *.eu.zuora.com (Sandbox UI, Sandbox API).
