After a proactive investigation, we have identified a defect in error reporting to our tenants for a small edge case of payment runs. The error reported to tenants is not a clear error and thus does not reflect the actual problem. This is not a functional defect with the application processing but only in how we were reporting the possible usage of single account payment runs. This issue is now deemed closed.

We are currently investigating payment run failures for a certain edge cases of payment runs.
This incident affected: AMERICAS - CLOUD 2 (NA2) - www|rest.zuora.com (Production Batch Operations, Sandbox Batch Operations) and EUROPE - CLOUD 1 (EU1) - *.eu.zuora.com (Production Batch Operations, Sandbox Batch Operations).
