Update
The issue has been verified resolved for new Reconciliation jobs against the Slimpay gateway. Customers can resubmit jobs via the UI as desired. Previous failed runs that are not resubmitted via the UI will be completed and then the Incident will be resolved here.

The team has identified an issue that is currently resulting in Connection Timeout errors for 80% of Reconciliation jobs against the Slimpay Payment Gateway. The issue has been identified to be related to an IP whitelisting issue (being confirmed)
